Fundamentals

This General Data Protection Regulation is intended to inform the users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator:

Peter Autschbach
Schloßblick 46
57074 Siegen
Germany

We, the website operator / website provider, take your data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. As new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you read the data protection declaration again at regular intervals.

Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.

Access data

We collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and save these as "server log files" on the website's server. The following data is logged in this way:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 6 weeks and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data have to be kept for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.

Cookies

This site uses cookies. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user–friendliness and security of this website.

If you do not want cookies for range measurement to be stored on your device, you can object to the use of these files here:

Common browsers offer the setting option not to allow cookies. Note: There is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if you make the appropriate settings.

Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator collects, uses and passes on your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the data being collected. Personal data includes all information that is used to identify your person and which can be traced back to you – for example your name, your e–mail address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. In order to improve our online offer, however, we save your access data on this website (without personal reference). These access data include, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. By anonymizing the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.

Linking social media via graphics or text link

We also advertise presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents that when a website that has a social media application is called up, a connection is automatically established to the respective server of the social network in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. The user is only forwarded to the service of the respective social network by clicking on the corresponding graphic.

After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is recorded by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way will be processed in the USA.

First of all, these are data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network at the same time, the network operator can, if necessary, assign the information collected from the specific visit of the user to the personal account of the user. If the user interacts via a "Share" button of the respective network, this information can be saved in the personal user account of the user and, if necessary, published. If the user wants to prevent the information collected from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

The following social networks are linked to my site:

YouTube

We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of

YouTube LLC.
901 Cherry Ave.
San Bruno
CA 94066 USA

hereinafter only referred to as "YouTube".

YouTube is a subsidiary of

Google Ireland Limited
Gordon House
Barrow Street
Dublin 4
Irland

hereinafter only referred to as "Google".

Through certification according to the EU – US – data protection shield ("EU – US Privacy Shield")

https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

Google guarantees, and thus also its subsidiary YouTube, that the EU's data protection requirements will also be complied with when processing data in the USA.

We use YouTube in connection with the "Extended data protection mode" function in order to be able to show you videos. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit.f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website. According to information from YouTube, the "extended data protection mode" function means that the data described in more detail below are only transmitted to the YouTube server if you actually start a video.

Without this "extended data protection", a connection to the YouTube server in the USA will be established as soon as you call up one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.

This connection is required in order to be able to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time and the website you visited. In addition, a connection to the Google "DoubleClick" advertising network is established.

If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting my website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.

For the purpose of functionality and to analyze usage behavior, YouTube permanently saves cookies via your Internet browser on your device. If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the storage of cookies by making a setting in your Internet browser. For more information, see "Cookies" above.

Further information about the collection and use of data as well as your related rights and protection options is available from Google in the data protection information:
